This is how I would suggest how each of the girls' powers could be "used" in this game:
Sana – Invisibility:
Her opponent has to play while not looking directly at the table since they "can't see" Sana
Jihyo – Enhanced Vision:
For one strike, Jihyo can score a goal even if the puck hits the goal line, since she can "see what the others could not" thus she knows other ways to score.
Tzuyu – Super Strength:
Tzuyu can strike directly three times and if her opponent managed block one, they wouldn't be able to move until Tzuyu's power is used up, since Tzuyu is too strong, her "actual strike" would be three-times as powerful and blocking it would result in self-impairment.
Momo – Super Speed:
Momo can strike directly three times while her opponent has to slow down their movement and reaction, since Momo is too "fast".
Mina – Hypnosis:
Using her hands, Mina can guide her opponent's hands to perform one strike at their goal (the puck must remain where it was upon power activation), because she would be "controlling" them. Her opponent can't resist, however, Mina's goal is also vulnerable since she must focus on hypnotizing her opponent (so her power won't be too op).
